Which box will I be receiving?

The cut off date for each box is the last day of the month. Therefore, you will always receive the box for the month after of which you sign up for. So, for example, if you sign up on May 3rd, you will be receiving the June box. 

When do boxes ship?

Art Tarte boxes are shipped around the 10th of every month (sometimes later or earlier depending on inventory and shipment).


Where's my box?

Two email are usually sent, one that says your order is shipped and the other that gives you tracking information. If you do not receive one or both emails, contact us for more information.


Why did I get charged again before receiving my first order?

 Often, customers are charged for the next month before they receive their first box because all orders renew on the 1st of every month. Obviously, this is not ideal and we are working on changing this. However, we can always change your renewal date or refund the order if you are not satisfied. Feel free to write us an email for more information on this.


How do I check the status of my subscription?

Log into your account on our website and you should be brought to a page that has all the details about your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply log into your account on our website and you will see an option on the left hand side that says "Edit". Click "Edit" than click "Change".  From there, scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription" on the left side. Please fill out your cancellation reason and click "Yes, Please Cancel". Your subscription should now be canceled.
